1. How to search the Business Directory?

For Smartphones and Tablet users- go to www.selsop.com, there is a search form on the top under the Logo at the Home page. Enter your Search keyword, choose the Category you would like to search, choose your country, your city or the nearest, then click the Green search Button.

· The main Menu is the three Blue small lines on the top right, click it, to browse the Directory or the different category pages.
For Computer Users (Desktop, Laptops) - go to www.selsop.com, there is a search form on the top under the Logo, at the Home page. Enter your Search keyword, choose the Category you would like to search, Choose your country and your city or the nearest, then click the Green search Button.
To browse or search for other Category pages, click any of the main menu´s Categories.

2. How to search for Products and services on Offer?

For Smartphones and Tablet Users- go to www.selsop.com, scroll down until you reach the Featured Offers section, fill the search form by entering your Search keyword, choose the Category and your city or the nearest, then klick the Green search Button.
The offers on the Featured Offers section, only shows the offers which are featured, all the other offers are on the Offers menu page, on the main menu or just fill the search form on the Featured Offers sections.
The Main Menu is the three Blue small lines on the top right. Click it, choose Offers, then browse or search for all products and services on offer.

You can also click Offers on the main Menu and browse all the products and services on offer.

3. How to contact a Seller or Businesses?

Business contact details are under the Business Details, click the name of the Business (written in blue), and then contact them either by Phone or click the contact business, (written in blue) for Email.
You should contact Businesses, if you are interested on what they offer or if you have questions to ask them.

4. How long should I wait for Sellers or Businesses to reply me?

Good Businesses always try to reply customer, as early as possible. You should expect to be reply within 24 hours.

5. Methods of payments and Safe delivery?

We recommend Cash and Carry or the types of payment you use in your place of residence. It is the responsibility for Sellers and Buyers to negotiate the type of payment and delivery.

6. Safety advices for Payments and Deliveries;

Don´t carry lot of money, in case of large amount of money use your Bank.
Don´t make a payment before seeing the goods you want to buy.
Make payments and picking your goods in a save place, where it will be difficult to be robbed.
Read other buyers Reviews (experience), so that it will help you to decide about safety, honesty, seriousness and quality about businesses.

7. What is the return policy?

Read the sellers Return Policy to make sure that it ´s acceptable to you , before making a purchase.

8. Buying from international sellers;

use a save payments method and insured shipment methods for deliveries;
check whether the goods are legal in your country;
inform yourself about import taxes such as Customs duties and VAT;
return policy may be different from your country´s return policy laws, so inform yourself about the seller´s return policy before making any purchase:

9. How to write a Review with Comment?

Our review service enable us to monitor our member’s compliance with our terms and conditions of use, it also help users to buy goods and service safely. It is publish on members business Homepage, please always read them before starting any transaction.

Reviews and Comments should be accurate and honest. Business owners have the right to complaint about a review or comment. We may contact you in case of a disputed review and comment.

10. Reporting a scam, fraudulent transaction or criminal activities?

First report it to your local Police.
Give your local Police our contact, to contact us.
Get a document from your Police. , with signature and stamp or logo as a proof.
Scanner or take a good picture, with a message of what happen and send it to us.
We will corporate with your local Police, even if they don´t contact us, we will contact them.
We will then suspend the businesses Account concern and contact the owner.
We will then take actions according to our terms and condition of use
